纵倾是指船舶首尾吃水差引起的船体沿船长方向的倾斜,船舶的纵倾一般控制在一定的正负值范围内,以确保船舶在各种载况下的稳定性和航行性能。同时,通过调整纵倾角至最佳值,还可以实现节能效果。采集系统采集公司船舶航行相关数据和船舶基础信息,数据包括船长,船宽、船深艏吃水、艉吃水、等。对收集的数据进行清洗,补充缺失值,去除重复项等处理操作,计算船体的吃水差和纵倾(Trim),吃水差=艏吃水-艉吃水,当吃水差大于0时,吃水状态为艏倾;当吃水差小于0时,吃水状态为为艉倾,当吃水差等于0是,吃水状态为平吃水,计算船舶的纵倾Trim=艏吃水-艉吃水/船长,当-4%≤Trim≤3%,船舶纵倾状态正常,Trim<-4%或Trim>3%,纵倾状态异常,进而触发警告。

Trim is defined as the longitudinal inclination of a ship's hull induced by the draft difference between the bow and stern. Normally, ship trim is maintained within a specified positive/negative range to ensure the vessel's stability and seakeeping performance across all loading conditions. Moreover, adjusting the trim to an optimal value can also yield energy-saving benefits. The data acquisition system collects voyage-related data and basic vessel information for the company's ships, including ship length, breadth, depth, bow draft, stern draft, and other relevant parameters. Collected data undergoes preprocessing steps including data cleaning, missing value imputation, and duplicate removal. Subsequently, the draft difference and trim are calculated as follows: The draft difference is equal to bow draft minus stern draft. When the draft difference is greater than 0, the vessel is in trim by the bow; when less than 0, it is in trim by the stern; when equal to 0, the vessel is on even keel. The ship's trim is computed as Trim = (bow draft - stern draft) / ship length. If -4% ≤ Trim ≤ 3%, the trim status is considered normal; otherwise (Trim < -4% or Trim > 3%), the trim status is abnormal and a warning will be triggered.
