基于用户历史用电数据，通过聚类分析和阈值判定方法，识别城区及农村地区中用电行为异常的用户群体。针对城区用户，重点监测零电量、微电量及空置用户；针对农村用户，主要识别微电量用户。By leveraging users' historical electricity consumption data and adopting cluster analysis and threshold determination methods, this dataset identifies user groups with abnormal electricity consumption behaviors in both urban and rural areas. Specifically, for urban users, it focuses on monitoring those with zero electricity usage, minimal electricity usage, and vacant households; for rural users, the primary target is to identify users with minimal electricity consumption.
