(A and B) Concentration-dependent effect of Aβ25–35 and YC-1 on the viability of differentiated PC12 cells. Differentiated PC12 cells were treated with Aβ25–35 (1–20 µM) or YC-1 (0.1–10 µM) for 24 h. (C) Effect of YC-1 on Aβ25–35-induced cytotoxicity in differentiated PC12 cells. Differentiated PC12 cells were incubated with different concentrations of YC-1 (0.1–10 µM) in the presence of Aβ25–35 (10 µM) for 24 h and cell viability was estimated using an MTT assay.
