Price list of public works of the Campania Region year 2023 - Products

The Campania Region, in accordance with the principles established by Regional Law No. 3/2007, annually updates its price list and related analyses, with particular reference to the list items related to those products intended for construction, which have been subject to significant price changes related to particular market conditions. By Regional Executive Decision No 50 of 8 February 2023 (published in Official Gazette No 13 of 13 February 2023), the Campania Region approved, in agreement with the Interregional Public Works Authority for Campania, Molise, Puglia and Basilicata, the 2023 Public Works Price List for Campania.

The price list is valid from the date of publication in the Official Bulletin of the Campania Region and expires on 31 December 2023.

It may be temporarily used until 30 June 2024 for tender-based projects whose approval has taken place by that date, meaning that the contract notice or the invitation letter of the validated and approved project will be published or dispatched by 30 June 2024.

All contracting authorities in the territory (Article 3(1)(o) of Legislative Decree No 50 of 18 April 2016) are required to use this price list in accordance with and for the purposes referred to in Article 23(7), (8) and (16) of that decree.
