P4M3 Buccal - MAP [Descriptive stats]

This dataset was generated in an in vitro systems toxicology study where Human organotypic buccal epithelium cultures were exposed at the air-liquid interface to cigarette smoke and aerosols of different formulations of electronic cigarettes, namely "Classic tobacco" (flavours, nicotine, humectants), "Base" (nicotine, humectants), and "Carrier" (humectants). Concentration of selected inflammatory mediators released by the organotypic tissue in the culture medium measured using Milliplex panels (Merck Millipore) with Luminex® xMAP® Technology (Luminex, Austin, TX, USA). This dataset includes descriptive statistics at the group level.
