1、通过区域智慧教育大脑和教育大模型云平台(简称教育大脑、教育大模型)的新时代教师全面发展智慧评价子系统(简称智慧教师评价系统),教育局和各高中学校可以个性化定义区域高中老师发展评价指标体系。2、区域高中老师发展评价指标体系定义后,可以对指标设置相关分值,教育局、学校可以通过教育大脑、智慧教师评价系统和学校部署的相应物联网环境智能终端设备,自动开展对每个老师的评价,评价指标关联到德、勤、能、绩主干项,各项赋分后,教育局、学校、教师根据不同权限,可以通过智慧评价系统(APP)实时查看教师全面发展智慧评价评分情况。3、区域高中教师德勤能绩全面发展智慧评价数据,可以科学全面多维度动态掌握每个教师的全面发展情况,高效实现新时代教师新型发展综合评价,为当前区域高中教师的科学考评、职务薪酬补助统计发放、岗位升迁做数据支撑。4、同时该类数据可以为建设区域教育大脑和人工智能教育大模型,实现区域优质教师资源均衡,教师队伍科学建设,大规模因材施教、创新性与个性化教学,更好满足群众“上好学”的需要提供极为重要的数据支撑。(1)数据采集:通过区域智慧教育大脑和教育大模型云平台的新时代教师全面发展智慧评价子系统及平台相应的物联网环境智能终端设备,对所在区域各高中教师的德勤能绩等主干维度,根据系统性原则定义设置主干维度考核点体系,每天不定期进行多维度评价数据收集并自动汇总;(2)数据处理:教师智慧评价系统将采集到的不同维度数据按照对象和时间归集,并进行数据清洗,并去除或修正异常值、缺失值等,在每学期期末的设定截止时点,根据系统计算模型最终自动计算出各教师的德勤能绩等各项评价分值和综合总分值;(3)数据加工:教师智慧评价系统设置德勤能绩各项评价总分数100分,其中师德为10分、出勤为10分、专业才能为30分、工作绩效为50分,其他附加为5分,通过对每项评价总分与权重的乘积进行自动汇总求和大模型计算出每位教师全面发展的最终评价数据,并自动分析计算出各教师的综合全面发展等级情况;(4)教师智慧评价系统根据新时代教师新型综合评价要求,设定智慧教师评价系统大模型教师全面发展最终综合评级规则:85分到100分以上认定为优秀,70-85分为合格,70分以下认定为不定等次(或不合格)。
1. Education bureaus and senior high schools can individually customize the regional senior high school teacher development evaluation index system through the Smart Teacher Evaluation System (abbreviated as STES), which is the New Era Teachers' All-round Development Smart Evaluation Subsystem deployed on the Regional Smart Education Brain and Educational Large Model Cloud Platform (hereinafter referred to as the Education Brain and Educational Large Model for short).
2. After the regional senior high school teacher development evaluation index system is defined, relevant scores can be assigned to each indicator. Education bureaus, schools, and the STES, together with the IoT-enabled smart terminal devices deployed by schools, can automatically conduct evaluations for each teacher. The evaluation indicators are linked to the core items of morality, diligence, competence and performance. After scoring each item, education bureaus, schools, and teachers can view the real-time scoring status of teachers' all-round development smart evaluation through the Smart Evaluation System (APP) according to their respective permissions.
3. The smart evaluation data of all-round development (covering morality, diligence, competence and performance) of regional senior high school teachers can comprehensively and dynamically grasp the all-round development status of each teacher from multiple dimensions, efficiently implement the comprehensive evaluation of the new-type development of teachers in the new era, and provide data support for the scientific assessment, statistical distribution of post-related salaries and subsidies, and post promotion of regional senior high school teachers at present.
4. Meanwhile, such data can provide extremely important data support for the construction of regional education brains and AI-powered educational large models, the balanced allocation of high-quality regional teacher resources, the scientific construction of teacher teams, large-scale teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, innovative and personalized teaching, and better meeting the people's needs for access to high-quality education.
(1) Data Collection: Via the New Era Teachers' All-round Development Smart Evaluation Subsystem deployed on the Regional Smart Education Brain and Educational Large Model Cloud Platform, and the supporting IoT-enabled smart terminal devices of the platform, a core dimension assessment index system for core dimensions including morality, diligence, competence and performance of senior high school teachers in the region is established in accordance with systematic principles. Multi-dimensional evaluation data is collected irregularly on a daily basis and automatically aggregated.
(2) Data Processing: The Smart Teacher Evaluation System will aggregate the collected multi-dimensional data by subject and time, conduct data cleaning, remove or correct outliers, missing values and other abnormal data. At the set deadline at the end of each semester, the system's calculation model will automatically calculate the evaluation scores and comprehensive total scores of each teacher's morality, diligence, competence, performance and other items.
(3) Data Processing and Rating Calculation: The Smart Teacher Evaluation System sets the total score of morality, diligence, competence and performance evaluations as 100 points, including 10 points for teacher ethics, 10 points for attendance, 30 points for professional competence, 50 points for work performance, and 5 points for additional items. The final evaluation data of each teacher's all-round development is calculated by automatically summing the product of each evaluation's total score and its weight, and the comprehensive all-round development level of each teacher is automatically analyzed and calculated.
(4) In accordance with the requirements of the new-era teachers' new comprehensive evaluation, the Smart Teacher Evaluation System sets the final comprehensive rating rules for teachers' all-round development via its built-in large model: scores of 85 to 100 points are recognized as Excellent, 70 to 85 points as Qualified, and scores below 70 points as Undetermined Grade (or Failed).
