Background variables: basic characteristics/ residence/ education</p>本数据集聚焦若干（地方）政府部门的求职吸引力调研。调研包含以下内容：假想求职场景下，受访者对政府部门或企业的求职偏好、心仪政府部门类型及求职动机；假想就职岗位涵盖以下政府部门：国家级、省级、市级政府机关，教育、警务、国防、区域水务管理局、司法部门，需受访者回答是否会申请该岗位并说明申请或不申请的原因。背景变量包括受访者基本个人特征、居住地及受教育程度。
