The generator of a public easement is a geographical entity whose nature or function induced, by virtue of regulations, constraints on the way the land is occupied on the surrounding land. In the case of SUP PM1, the generator corresponds to the regulatory zoning in the approved risk prevention plans. In Haute-Saône, these PM1s concern only Flood Risk Prevention Plans.
