面向能源行业气象服务数据集

面向西南山区清洁能源（风电、光伏、水利、水电）产业全生命周期需求，构建服务于资源评估、风功率和光伏功率预测、能源场站安全指挥调度所需的长时间序列气象数据集，包括辐射、日照时数、风、水情、雨情等，同时融合地理信息、水资源监测（降水监测、土壤墒情、蒸发量）、供水蓄水能力（面雨量、河道流量）等数据

To meet the full-life-cycle demands of clean energy industries (wind power, photovoltaic, hydropower and water conservancy) in the mountainous regions of Southwest China, a long-term time-series meteorological dataset is developed to support resource assessment, wind power and photovoltaic power forecasting, as well as safety command and dispatch of energy stations. The dataset covers meteorological data including radiation, sunshine duration, wind conditions, hydrological regimes and rainfall conditions, while integrating additional data such as geographic information, water resource monitoring (precipitation monitoring, soil moisture, evaporation), and water supply and storage capacity (areal rainfall, river flow).
