Analysis of gastrocnemius muscle from chow-fed control and UCP1 knockout rats at room temperature and after exposure to 4 degrees Celsius

To determine the transcriptomic effects of cold exposure on skeletal muscle gene expression in rats with and without UCP1, we assessed gastrocnemius muscle in chow-fed control and whole body UCP1 knockout rats using RNA-seq.为探究冷暴露对携带与缺失解偶联蛋白1（UCP1）的大鼠骨骼肌基因表达的转录组学影响，本研究采用RNA测序（RNA-seq）技术，对正常饲料喂养的对照组及全身UCP1敲除大鼠的腓肠肌进行了检测分析。
