Use of digital tools and occupational burnout of caregivers in psychiatric hospitals

This study examines how the use of digital tools contributes to psychosocial risk factors and occupational burnout among health professionals in French psychiatric hospitals. A total of 392 participants including nurses, psychiatrists, healthcare executives, and other clinical staff were recruited from three specialized psychiatric hospitals in the Rhône-Alpes-Auvergne region. Data were collected using self-administered, validated questionnaires measuring work-related stressors, digital tool use, and indicators of burnout.
