The main goal is to examine the transcriptome of primary lung fibroblasts that undergo premature senescence after prolonged inhibition of ATM. Overall design: 27 samples were analyzed. 3 replicates for each condition, cells irradiated with 10 Gy IR were used as a positive control of senescent cells.
