Cadastral extracts issued and online consultations of cadastral documentation - Number and receipts

This table shows the number of cadastral extracts issued and online consultations of cadastral documentation. The AGDP issues extracts, information and copies from its cadastral documentation against payment and under specified conditions. The extracts most frequently issued are: - extracts from the cadastral matrix; - partial or total copies of the parcel plans; - lists of the names and addresses of the owners of the parcels mentioned in the extracts from the transfer plan or sketches; - extracts from the old demarcation reports filed in the archives; - photocopies of certain statistics. The cadastral map can be consulted free of charge online with the CadGIS viewer e-service. * It is possible to make online requests for cadastral extracts via MyMinfin since October 2018. ** Initially, the vast majority of consultations were carried out by notaries. Since 2018, more external partners have (limited and regulated) access to cadastral documentation. Revenue is expressed in euros (EUR).
