The HIC data of 10 Peanut (Arachis hypogaea) Varieties

This project provides raw sequencing data for 10 cultivated peanut (Arachis hypogaea) varieties, generated using Hi-C technologies. These high-quality sequencing datasets will offer valuable resources for future genome assembly, genetic studies, and the exploration of structural variations among different peanut varieties.
