Gene expression levels were evaluated using microarray. By correlation analyses, Genes which are significantly correlated with quality indicators, tissue pH and RNA integrity number, were identified. Total RNA were obtained from human postmortem occipital lobe, and correlation between each gene expression levels and quality indicators were investigated. 日野案 Total RNA was obtained from the cortex of the occipital lobe of the postmortem human brain.
