The deposit includes complete database search strategies, PRISMA counts, screening and full-text eligibility decisions, study-level evidence mapping, risk-of-bias assessments, extracted CFU effect-size data, values used to generate figures, digitized numerical values, supplementary tables and figures, and the R code used for the exploratory synthesis.
