To investigate the genetic changes induced by fisetin treatment, we established a patient-derived organoid xenograft model (PDOX) of the control group and the group treated with fisetin 200mpk. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data from RNA-seq from both groups. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for 33T organoids and fisetin-treated 33T organoids.
