Data and code used in the manuscript: Seasonality of bird community assembly altered by tropical smallholder agricultureThe dataset includes three folders: (1) MSOM data, (2) FD data and (3) Code(1) MSOM data includes bird detection/non-detection data, site and landscape covariate data, and replicate-level covariate data from three seasons (post-monsoon, winter and pre-monsoon) used in multi-species occupancy models.(2) FD data includes functional trait data of birds detected across all seasons, and also subset of birds detected in the post-monsoon, winter and pre-monsoon season.(3) Code includes R scripts for running multi-species occupancy models, functional diversity analyses and species richness analyses, and JAGS scripts for species richness analyses.README files are provided in all folders.
