Rattus norvegicus Raw sequence reads

The Goto-Kakizaki (GK) rat is one of the best animal model of non-obese type 2 diabetes (T2D) which were established by repeated inbreeding from Wistar rats selected at the upper limit of normal distribution for glucose tolerance.To gain more comprehensive and effective insights of GK genetic mechanism of developing T2D for GK rats, we sequenced the genomes of 10 GK rats and 10 Wistar rats as normal control.
