neurips2022_multiome

Processed and subsampled of the data provided in the Multimodal Single-Cell Integration NeurIPS 2022 challenge (https://www.kaggle.com/competitions/open-problems-multimodal/data). <br> Data was filtered on donor "31800" and non-hidden celltypes. Subsequently, 2000 data points were randomly subsampled. The 2000 most highly variable genes were selected for the RNA data and peaks which appeared in less than 5% of the cells were filtered out, resulting in 11607 peaks.

本数据集为经处理与下采样后的多模态单细胞整合（Multimodal Single-Cell Integration）NeurIPS 2022竞赛公开数据，原始数据来源为：https://www.kaggle.com/competitions/open-problems-multimodal/data。我们首先对原始数据进行筛选，仅保留供体"31800"的非隐藏细胞类型数据；随后随机抽取2000个数据点完成下采样。针对RNA测序数据，我们选取了表达量排名前2000的高可变基因；针对染色质峰数据，我们过滤掉了在不足5%的细胞中出现的峰，最终得到11607个有效峰。
