Pseudogenization of Paraoxonase 1 (PON1) in Pinnipeds

This data is part of a larger project interested in understanding pseudogenization of paraoxonases in aquatic mammals, including pinnipeds (seals, sea lions), cetaceans (whales, dolphins) and rodents (beaver). We were able to sequence RNA from liver samples which had been deposited in museums.
