SUP_I1 Gas, hydrocarbon and chemical pipelines

Where a pipeline for the transport of gas, hydrocarbons and chemicals in service, or in certain cases a pipeline for the distribution of gas, is likely to create risks, in particular of fire, explosion or the emanation of toxic products, seriously threatening health or the safety of persons, the construction or extension of certain public establishments (ERPs) or high-rise buildings shall be prohibited or subject to the implementation of special protective measures by the developer of the project in conjunction with the permit holder.
