Total purchases of real activities by municipality, share (%)

Municipal purchases of actual operations, total, as a share of the cost of own commitments for actual operations (%). Purchase of business is payment for a public task (core business) that has been handed over to someone else to perform. Cost of own commitment is gross cost minus internal revenues and sales to other municipalities and regions. Municipal business activities and joint operations (including premises) have been excluded from the concept of actual operations.
