GSR-FS Reviewer-Revision Reproducibility Archive

This archive contains the machine-readable results, executable analysis scripts, reproducibility documentation, integrity manifests, and reviewer-requested validation analyses associated with the manuscript “Geometry-Supported Residual Feature Selection: A Label-Blind Algorithm for Structural and Redundancy-Aware Feature Selection.” It includes automatic-selection validation, component ablation, classifier-sensitivity, rare-geometry, structural-group, calibration, and computational-scalability analyses introduced during peer review. This archive is a reproducibility/results deposit and does not constitute a new software release. The frozen primary algorithm evaluated in the manuscript remains GSR-FS v0.16.2, archived separately at DOI 10.5281/zenodo.23046919. This version further extends the peer-review reproducibility archive with a recent 2026 unsupervised feature-selection comparator (FGMRW-UFS) evaluated under the same controlled structural-recovery scenarios, together with an additional high-dimensional engineering stress test at 20,000 candidate features. The frozen primary GSR-FS algorithm remains v0.16.2 and is not modified by this archive. The corresponding GitHub repository state is pinned at commit a3c3d66337d37259417ecdaa396a19358d521497.
