Marker-MAGu Marker Gene DB

This contains a tarball of the Marker-MAGu Marker Gene Database. It is a single file in multi-fasta format. It contains species/SGB-specific marker genes for viruses (Trove of Gut Virus Genomes, v1.1) and bacteria, archaea (metaphlan4, vOct22).
