Gene expression data of the liver in hepatocyte-specific Phgdh knockout mice

Live hepatocyte-specific Phgdh KO (LKO) mice were generated by introducing Albumin-Cre transgene into Phgdh flox/flox (Floxed) mice. LKO mice exhibited mild obesity and impaired glucose intolerance at 30 weeks old. Total RNA was extracted from the liver of LKO and littermate Floxed mice (male, 30 weeks old, n = 6, each genotype) . Six biological replicates for each treatment were used for amplification and labeling for Agilent microarray platform.
