Sequencing of ZymoBIOMICS Gut Microbiome Standard D6331: PacBio HiFi Data from Sequel II System

PacBio HiFi Reads were obtained by sequencing ZymoBIOMICS Gut Microbiome Standard D6331, a mock community containing 21 different strains that mimic the human gut microbiome. Three library preparations of this sample were sequenced, including Standard input, Low input, and Ultra-Low input. Each library was sequenced on a SMRT Cell 8M on the Sequel II System. The three libraries were compared for potential differences in performance for metagenome assembly, genome binning, taxonomic profiling, and strain-level assembly.
