To estiamte the role lipid flippase gene Drs2 plays in Candida glabrata, a Drs2 knockout mutant was constructed based on standard strain ATCC2001 (wild type, WT) through homologous recombination. Then, gene expression profiling analysis was performed using data obtained from RNA-seq of WT and Drs2 knockout mutant.
