Proteomic Characterization of Circulating Tumor Cells (CTCs) by Image Mass Cytometry (IMC)

CTCs from bone marrow aspirate sample of a metastatic prostate cancer were analyzed using IMC. <br> There are total 40 region of interests (ROIs) included for proteomic charaterization as txt files. Based on those files, cell segmentation and ion count per cell could be generated by IMC segmentation pipeline from the Bodenmiller Lab, using the CellProfiler and Ilastik.
