用VDR设备收集船底到海底的实时距离,当水深深度过低时(接近船舶吃水深度),有发生搁浅或碰撞的危险。将收集到的实时水深数据显示到岸端管理平台,并在水深达到用户设定的阈值时发出报警信息,协助岸端管理人员及船端人员监控船舶行驶环境。在航行过程中,实时水深数据能够让管理人员及船员及时了解船舶所在位置的水深变化,特别是在复杂的水域或狭窄的航道中,有助于船员采取适当的航行措施,防止发生碰撞或搁浅。1、数据收集:船端安装的VDR连接测深仪设备,实时收集船底到海底的实时距离数据。 2、数据预处理:船端的串口服务器连接VDR设备,将数据打上船舶标识信息,通过卫星网络实时传给岸端服务器,岸端服务器对接收到的数据根据协议进行解析,包括船舶id、时间、经纬度、水深等信息,并匹配到对应船舶。 3、阈值设定:用户根据每条船的构造及吃水深度提前设定预警值。 4、数据展示:在管理平台以图文结合的方式展示实时水深数据,用户通过平台可以观察实时水深及水深变化趋势。 5、水深预警:当水深小于等于用户提前设置的阈值时,系统发出提醒,以声、光形式显示在界面上。

Real-time distance from the ship’s bottom to the seabed is collected using a Voyage Data Recorder (VDR). When the water depth is too low (close to the ship's draft), there is a risk of grounding or collision. The collected real-time water depth data is displayed on the shore-based management platform, and an alarm message is sent when the water depth reaches the threshold set by the user, to assist shore-based managers and shipboard personnel in monitoring the ship's navigation environment. During navigation, real-time water depth data allows managers and crew to timely grasp the water depth changes at the ship's current position, especially in complex waters or narrow fairways, helping crew take appropriate navigation measures to prevent collisions or grounding. 1. Data Collection: The VDR installed on the ship is connected to the echo sounder, which collects real-time distance data between the ship’s bottom and the seabed. 2. Data Preprocessing: The shipboard serial port server is connected to the VDR device, which attaches ship identification information to the collected data, and transmits the data to the shore-based server in real time via the satellite network. The shore-based server parses the received data according to the communication protocol, including information such as ship ID, time, longitude, latitude, water depth and other related data, and matches the data to the corresponding ship. 3. Threshold Setting: The user sets the early warning threshold in advance based on the structure and draft of each individual ship. 4. Data Display: The real-time water depth data is displayed on the management platform in a combination of graphics and text, through which users can view the real-time water depth and its change trend. 5. Water Depth Early Warning: When the water depth is less than or equal to the threshold set by the user in advance, the system will send a reminder, which is displayed on the interface in the form of acoustic and visual alerts.
