mRNA - Organotypic gingival - CHTP1.2 - processed

This study reports a comparative assessment of the biological impact of a heated tobacco aerosol from the Carbon-Heated Tobacco Product (CHTP) 1.2, and smoke from a combustible 3R4F cigarette on human organotypic gingival epithelium tissue exposed at the air-liquid interface. The transcriptome (mRNAs) was characterized using Affymetrix GeneChip® Human Genome U133 2.0 Arrays. This dataset is the normalized intensity values for each gene and each sample.
