1、数据采集:通过医卫通AI一体机结合多种专业医疗检测设备,在用户授权下依法合规采集试点区域内居民健康相关的全量结构化数据,包括唯一用户标识(ID)、签约医生姓名/工号、吸烟情况、喝酒情况、牙齿健康状况、最近一次随访时间等字段,确保数据来源真实、完整,并符合隐私保护要求。 2、数据处理:1)以“关联用户ID”为主键,对多源数据进行清洗、去重与标准化处理,统一吸烟、饮酒、牙齿健康等字段的分类标准;2)校验“最新随访时间”的有效性,识别超期未随访用户(如超过3/6/12个月未随访);3)建立“患者-医生”服务关系映射表,统计每位医生的签约患者数量及患者健康行为分布;4)生成结构化数据集,支持按医生、区域、健康行为等维度进行多维分析。 3、数据应用:输出患者与医生的服务关系及健康行为快照数据,用于评估医生服务覆盖范围、随访及时性、患者健康风险分布,支持医疗机构开展精准随访调度、医生绩效评估与资源优化配置。

Data Collection: Collect full structured data related to residents' health in the pilot area in compliance with laws and regulations with user authorization, using the Yiwitong AI All-in-One Terminal combined with multiple professional medical testing devices. The collected data includes fields such as unique user identification (ID), name and employee ID of the contracting physician, smoking status, drinking status, dental health status, time of the most recent follow-up visit, etc., ensuring the authenticity and completeness of data sources and complying with privacy protection requirements. 2. Data Processing: 1) Take "associated user ID" as the primary key, clean, deduplicate and standardize multi-source data, and unify the classification criteria for fields such as smoking status, drinking status and dental health status; 2) Verify the validity of the "latest follow-up time", and identify users who have overdue follow-ups (e.g., those who have not received follow-up visits for more than 3/6/12 months); 3) Establish a "patient-physician" service relationship mapping table, and count the number of contracted patients for each physician and the distribution of patients' health behaviors; 4) Generate a structured dataset that supports multi-dimensional analysis by dimensions such as physician, region and health behavior. 3. Data Application: Output service relationship and health behavior snapshot data between patients and physicians, which is used to evaluate physicians' service coverage, follow-up timeliness and the distribution of patients' health risks, and support medical institutions to carry out precise follow-up scheduling, physician performance evaluation and resource optimization allocation.
