Data for :Molecular epidemiology of Candida glabrata associated with vulvovaginal candidiasis revealed high genetic variability and the presence of novel genotypes in China

Our research aims to characterize the genetic diversity of C. glabrata associated with VVC in Suzhou based on MLST and MLP. In addition, the associations between the most common genotypes and azoles susceptibility are also investigated.
