Test backdrop for important biotopes of the bogs
收藏资源简介:
Excerpt from the results of the survey of areas of value for nature conservation in Lower Saxony for biotopes of bogs or carbon-rich soils with significance for climate protection (BHK50). The areas shown are areas of national importance for the protection of species and ecosystems as well as the protection of earth-historical landscape forms, which were worthy of protection at the time of the mapping from the point of view of the specialist authority for nature conservation. The bog biotopes shown here on carbon-rich soils with significance for climate protection (BHK50) are based on data from the selective Landwide Biotope Mapping (LBK) from the period 1984-2004. Due to the strong changes in land use and vegetation structures as well as the loss of quality of the biotopes due to environmental influences, a change in the biotope type cannot be ruled out. For the bog biotopes presented here, the NLWKN either has no new data available or they are still in the process of quality testing and standardization and have not yet been released for publication. After completion of the quality check and standardisation, existing more up-to-date data will be transferred to the data set of the updated national biotope mapping and the corresponding obsolete areas will be removed from the existing data set.
