The AAA-100 dataset comprises preoperative computed tomography angiography (CTA) scan data from 100 abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) patients at the Amsterdam University Medical Centers, Netherlands. This dataset is utilized to train a deep learning-based model for estimating patient-specific instantaneous wall shear stress. It includes patient-specific arterial tree models and corresponding computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation results, which serve as the ground-truth reference for model training. The dataset aims to address the problem of hemodynamic parameter estimation for AAA patients and provide support for hemodynamic parameter estimation in clinical practice.
