Replication Data for: Assessment of the school environment for risk factors for tungiasis in nine counties of Kenya: a cross-sectional survey

This is a replication dataset for the manuscript titled: "Assessment of the school environment for risk factors for tungiasis in nine counties of Kenya: a cross-sectional survey". Dataset name: Elson Tungiasis school headteacher risk factor dataset.csv 86 variables for 21,466 primary school pupils collected during school observation and headteacher interviews as part of a national survey to determine the national prevalence and risk factors of the disease. The variables include whether a pupil was infected or not and factors relating to the school environment and behavior of pupils and teachers. Dataset name: Elson Tungiasis classroom teacher dataset.csv 113 variables for 5,499 primary school pupils collected during classroom observation and teacher interviews as part of a national survey to determine the national prevalence and risk factors of the disease.
