Binaprofen induced zebrafish liver injury by mitochondria pathway

The aim was to study the mechanism of liver injury of Binaprofen at genetic level Overall design: zebrafish were treated with Binaprofen, serum biomarkers detection, MDA and GSH content detection , liver cell pathological morphous, DAPI analysis, electron microscopic detection, microarray analysis, quantitatite realtime PCR were done in 12h-48h to analyze the liver injury mechanism of Binaprofen.
