TCMSID

TCMSID, a Traditional Chinese Medicine Simplified Integrated Database, which contains 499 herbs registered in the Chinese pharmacopoeia with 20015 ingredients including comprehensive annotations, was developed to achieve TCM Simplification. In this database, several key ingredients can be screened as representatives of the whole TCM to capture potential targets via implementing multi-tool target prediction. Therefore, Networks among TCM herbs, formulations, ingredients, potential targets can be constructed to facilitate clarifying function and mechanisms of the TCM.TCMSID，即中药整合简化数据库（Traditional Chinese Medicine Simplified Integrated Database），该数据库收录了499种收载于《中国药典》的中药材，包含20015个中药成分并附带全面的注释信息，其开发目标为实现中药研究的简化。在该数据库中，可通过多工具靶点预测方法筛选出若干关键成分作为整体中药的代表性成分，以挖掘潜在作用靶点。由此可构建中药材、方剂、成分与潜在靶点之间的关联网络，助力阐明中药的功效与作用机制。
