Barrett's vs Normal esophagus vs small intestine comparison. Homo sapiens

To begin to identify genes involved in the transdifferentiation process we analyzed Barrett’s esophagus (with no dysplasia), normal esophagus and small intestine biopsy samples by Affymetrix microarray.
