Does the unit have a written and management-level routine on 1 March that describes how the unit will use the outdoor environment in the implementation of operations? ‘Level of management’ means the level within the organisation that has a mandate to establish common procedures. Include both your own local written routines or common written routines that the healthcare provider (public or individual) has developed for their activities. Routine refers to a specific approach to how activities are to be carried out and indicates the division of responsibilities. The procedure shall be known and used by the employee or responsible staff. The outdoor environment refers to either an outdoor environment directly adjacent to the unit's premises, such as balcony, conservatory, roof terrace, patio, greenhouse, winter garden and garden or outdoor environment in the surroundings around the unit's premises, such as park, square, outdoor gym, forest, lake and sea. The implementation of measures refers to planning, implementation and follow-up work of the activities that take place in the outdoor environment.
