Highly Transportation Disadvantaged Areas Indianapolis

<p>This file contains areas designated as highly transportation disadvantaged (HTDA) in Indianapolis which were outlined using a combination of three measures: accessibility, mobility, and outcome-based measures. This data can be used in combination with other publicly available data to identify if new projects are benefiting HTDA. This file only contains two polygons as it was the result of our analysis. They are in CSV and shapefile format. </p>
