Liver study of ApoE-/- atherosclerotic mice

The previous experimental data showed that the lipid metabolism of mice changed greatly after intervention. By analyzing the changes of liver gene abundance in ApoE- / -atherosclerotic mice, the linkage effect of intervention drugs on the phenotypic data and gene level of atherosclerosis model was explored.
