25通径电调制阀第三方测试数据集

本数据主要面向项目任务书中项目目标、成果与考核指标表的“4.多功能导控型电调制阀”之额定压力、额定流量、开启响应时间、滞环、温漂、功能”考核指标，邀请山西省机械产品质量监督检验站有限公司开展了第三方性能测试，检测对象为太原理工大学研发试制的25通径电调制阀样机，对耐压、额定流量、响应时间、温漂、滞环、位移/流量/压力/冗余控制功能等指标进行检测，检测结果均达到指标要求。This dataset focuses on the assessment indicators including rated pressure, rated flow rate, opening response time, hysteresis, temperature drift and functional performance specified under Section 4 "Multi-functional Pilot-controlled Electro-modulated Valve" in the project objectives, achievements and assessment indicators table of the official project task statement. Third-party performance testing was commissioned to Shanxi Provincial Machinery Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Station Co., Ltd. The test specimen was the DN25 electro-modulated valve prototype developed and trial-produced by Taiyuan University of Technology. Multiple indicators were tested, namely pressure withstand capability, rated flow rate, opening response time, temperature drift, hysteresis, as well as displacement, flow, pressure and redundancy control functions. All test results met the preset indicator requirements.
