该数据由四川大学大学完成,采集时间为2020年12月至2022年11月,研究了富溴分子掺杂、二维相界面调控、自组装单分子空穴传输层的引入、哌嗪溴化物后处理等策略对宽带隙钙钛矿顶电池器件性能的影响及内在物理机制,形成了包括“器件照片”、“XRD”、“紫外-可见透过谱”、“Tauc曲线”、“UPS”、“XPS”、“接触角”、“TA谱”、“稳态PL”、“TRPL”、“TRPL拟合参数”、“SEM”、“AFM”、“稳态PL”、“TRPL”、“瞬态J-V曲线”、“EQE”、“积分电流”、“光伏性能参数汇总”、“稳态功率输出曲线”、“单载流子器件的SCLC曲线”、“开路电压与光强关系曲线”、“开路电压-光强关系”、“太阳电池MPPT曲线”、“器件稳定性”等的数据集。数据量36.34MB。
This dataset, completed by Sichuan University, was collected from December 2020 to November 2022. It investigates the effects and underlying physical mechanisms of strategies including bromine-rich molecule doping, 2D phase interface regulation, introduction of self-assembled monolayer hole transport layers, piperazinium bromide post-treatment on the performance of wide-bandgap perovskite top cell devices. The constructed dataset covers "device photographs", "XRD patterns", "ultraviolet-visible transmittance spectra", "Tauc plots", "ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy (UPS)", "X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS)", "contact angle measurements", "transient absorption (TA) spectra", "steady-state photoluminescence (PL)", "time-resolved photoluminescence (TRPL)", "TRPL fitting parameters", "scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images", "atomic force microscopy (AFM) images", "steady-state photoluminescence (PL)", "time-resolved photoluminescence (TRPL)", "transient current-voltage (J-V) curves", "external quantum efficiency (EQE)", "integrated current density", "summary of photovoltaic performance parameters", "steady-state power output curves", "space-charge limited current (SCLC) curves of single-carrier devices", "open-circuit voltage vs. light intensity curves", "open-circuit voltage - light intensity relationship", "maximum power point tracking (MPPT) curves of solar cells", and "device stability".
