Its core objectives are to understand customers' purchasing power and consumption preferences regarding soil testing demand, evaluate the market viability of such services, provide evidence-based support for all enterprises in the industry to formulate production strategies, and enable more effective delivery of personalized products and services to end users. Additionally, it helps enterprises gain in-depth insights into their customer base: high-tier enterprises can communicate with their clients 1 to 2 times per month, mid-tier enterprises 1 to 2 times per quarter, and low-tier enterprises 1 to 2 times every six months, so as to develop more precise production and marketing strategies. The dataset construction process includes four main stages: 1. Data Collection: Collect routine transactional data related to customer demand for soil testing services. 2. Data Processing: Classify, merge, and aggregate the collected data to standardize the dataset for subsequent analytical use. 3. Algorithm-Based Demand Analysis: Conduct demand analysis on the processed data using the formula: P = (a1 / b1 + a2 / b2 + a3 / b3) * k, where: - a1 = minimum single-order quantity - b1 = minimum single-order consumption amount - a2 = maximum single-order quantity - b2 = maximum single-order consumption amount - a3 = average order quantity - b3 = average consumption amount - k = consumption coefficient, which varies across regions.
