Sampling Collected once every 5 years at a site 10 samples taken from 3 dominant species (30 samples/bout) One herbarium voucher for each species must be collected  Methods Young, newly emerged tissue Placed into coin envelopes in the field, then sealed in bags with desiccant for rapid air-drying Preservation Archived in original coin envelopes at −80 °C or transfered to cryo-safe vials and archived in liquid nitrogen
