Mechanical (HVAC) Permits and Inspections

HVAC or Mechanical permits are issued for the installation, addition or alteration of a heating and ventilation system. Permits must be obtained and inspections completed prior to occupying the space the equipment is servicing. If there are any unresolved building code deficiencies or not acceptable outcomes, contact the permit holder for more information or contact 311.
