中国饲料成分及营养价值表（第31版）饲料中氨基酸含量数据库

本数据集由国家农业科学数据中心（动物科学和动物医学）建设。该数据集根据科学数据共享的要求，主要收集中国饲料加工业和养殖业中最常用的64种饲料的氨基酸含量数据，主要包括饲料原样的12种氨基酸的总的化学含量，即通过实验室方法测定的。数据内容包括干物质(DM，%)、粗蛋白质(CP，%)、精氨酸(Arg，%)、组氨酸(His，%)、异亮氨酸(Ile，%)、亮氨酸(Leu，%)、赖氨酸(Lys，%)、蛋氨酸(Met，%)、胱氨酸(Cys，%) 、苯丙氨酸(Phe，%)、酪氨酸(Tyr，%)、苏氨酸(Thr，%)、色氨酸(Trp，%)、缬氨酸(Val，%)。所有数据，无特别说明者，均表示为饲喂状态的含量数据。This dataset was constructed by the National Agricultural Science Data Center (Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine). In line with the requirements of scientific data sharing, it mainly collected amino acid content data of 64 most commonly used feeds in China's feed processing and breeding industries. The data mainly covers the total chemical contents of 12 amino acids in original feed samples, which were determined via laboratory methods. The specific data items include dry matter (DM, %), crude protein (CP, %), arginine (Arg, %), histidine (His, %), isoleucine (Ile, %), leucine (Leu, %), lysine (Lys, %), methionine (Met, %), cystine (Cys, %), phenylalanine (Phe, %), tyrosine (Tyr, %), threonine (Thr, %), tryptophan (Trp, %), and valine (Val, %). All data, unless otherwise specified, represent the content values under feeding conditions.
