多参数监护仪可以对病人多种生命体征参数进行实时检测和记录的仪器。 检定分析得出的脉搏血氧饱和度示值重复性可用来判断多参数监护仪的脉搏血氧饱和度量值的准确度,有助于判断市场上多参数监护仪的的整体质量,为政府监管、医疗单位购买提供参考和技术支撑。设定脉搏血氧饱和度模拟仪脉率为75次/min,设定脉搏血氧饱和度测量点分别为70%、90%、100%,上述每点分别测量6次,再按照以下贝塞尔公式算得脉搏血氧饱和度示值重复性:
脉搏血氧饱和度示值重复性=√((脉搏血氧饱和度1-脉搏血氧饱和度平均值)²+(脉搏血氧饱和度2-脉搏血氧饱和度平均值)²+......+(脉搏血氧饱和度6-脉搏血氧饱和度平均值)²)/(6-1)
A multi-parameter monitor is an instrument that performs real-time detection and recording of multiple vital sign parameters of patients. The display repeatability of pulse oximetry obtained through calibration analysis can be used to evaluate the accuracy of pulse oximetry readings of multi-parameter monitors, which helps assess the overall quality of multi-parameter monitors on the market and provides reference and technical support for government supervision and medical institution procurement.
Set the pulse rate of the pulse oximetry simulator to 75 beats per minute, and set the measurement points of pulse oximetry to 70%, 90%, and 100% respectively. Perform 6 measurements at each of the above points, then calculate the display repeatability of pulse oximetry using the following Bessel formula:
Display repeatability of pulse oximetry = √[ (Pulse oximetry₁ - Average pulse oximetry)² + (Pulse oximetry₂ - Average pulse oximetry)² + … + (Pulse oximetry₆ - Average pulse oximetry)² ] / (6 - 1)
