Raw datasets and R analysis code supporting the manuscript "Towards standardised biomonitoring of airborne microfibres by lichen transplants: role of pre-cleaning, exposure time and weather" (Varela et al., 2026). Files include: (1) AMF counts and meteorological data per bag; (2) AMF fibre length measurements and meteorological data; (3) R script for all statistical analyses including two-way ANOVAs, linear mixed-effects models, and figure generation.
